Unlike many sexuality coaches who focus predominantly on sex (without the life bits that get in the way) or spirituality coaches who bypass the body, my journey encompasses both worlds.
As a former English barrister, I was successful in what was a very masculine world. I was operating from the neck up, completely disconnected from my body, femininity, and intuitive gifts.
The catalyst for my awakening came through profound loss. When my Dad died, I left my legal career, moved to Australia and began studying energetic healing. When I realised I was still disconnected from my body, I discovered the transformative power of embodied sacred sexuality work, which I began offering in 2012.

For most women yes. This work is trauma-informed and emphasizes choice, consent, and moving at your own pace. If you have not addressed your sexual trauma before, this work can be a gentle gateway to a healing journey with a trauma specialist. Not at all. This journey is primarily about your relationship with yourself. Many women find that this work actually helps them attract healthier relationships or transforms existing ones.
Absolutely. Unlike other programs that assume you already feel desire, Wild Jade Awakening meets you exactly where you are—even if that's complete disconnection. We start with reconnecting to sensation itself, not with generating sexual desire.
Yes! Menopause and beyond is known as the Second Spring in Taoism (which is where the jade egg practice originates) and can be a profound period of sexual and spiritual awakening and power. It is the perfect time to do this work.
Nope! The whole course is done in the privacy of your own home. The practice is done on Zoom with your camera and sound off (you can choose to keep your camera off for the whole call too if you like). So you can be naked or clothed, but either way you will be in your own private space.
The next live round starts on 29 October 2025, calls will be at 7.30pm UK time.

If you can't make the live calls, they are recorded so you can watch and replay at a time that suits you.
Beyond our one hour weekly Zoom call, the practices require 30 minutes, 2-3 times per week. AND you can absolutely do less than this and still reap the benefits! There are shorter practices too so there is the option to do the 30 minute practice on the live call and then do shorter 10-15 minute practices between calls. Because the practices are recorded you can return to them at any time. The beauty of this work is that it begins to integrate into your daily life, with shorter practices specifically available for those with busy lives.

No, an egg is not included with the course. I can recommend places to purchase a good quality nephrite jade egg in your country or online. Expect to pay around £50-55 in the UK, $60-70 AUD in Australia and $60 USD in the US for a nephrite jade egg. Please reach out if you need help or advice.
